Everything you need to know before you go!

Q. What date is the next Concorde Classics car show?   

A. Our next Concorde Classics  Car Show is on Sunday 15th September 2024, this will be our 15th year 

          

Q. What are the opening times?

A. The show opens to the public from 10am to 4pm

 

Q. I would like to display my vehicle.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. We try to keep the entry fee low to encourage a enjoyable family day out.
Adults £5 and Children under 12 is £1,
Children under 3 go free

The cost to display a car is £10 and must be pre booked

We prefer Credit Card payment on entry on the day

Q. Can I buy tickets before the show?      

A. Yes. you can buy them here - Buy Tickets

 

Q. What does the show have to see?

A. The show is a Classic Car Show and has:

Over 140 classic cars on display from Vintage right up to modern day classics.

We have a Super car display with Lamborghinis, Aston Martins and many more Super cars.

We have a large display of Ferraris from Classics right up to the latest Ferraris.

Have a chnace of winning a ride out in a Special Car during tyhe show

We have a large Scalextric track

We have many varied trade stands

We have a BBQ and various food and drink venders

A well known celebrity may well attend the show

We have Sporting Bears Charity running Dream Rides giving you a chance for 10 mile trips in the car of your dreams. See Dream Rides Page for cars taking part and lots more!

Q. Where do the public park?

A. We have several public parking areas controlled by lovely marshals from the Rotary Club.
One is at Eastleigh Football Club, and the other is at Wellington Football Ground . They are clearly signposted by large yellow signs with a safe and quick access to the show ground.

We will be running free Park and Ride from Eastleigh Football Club to the venue      

  

Q. Is Car Parking free

A. Yes

 

Q. Is there disabled access?

A. It is mandatory that all showground's have a disabled car park, please show your Blue badge on arrival to the showground to gain access.

 

Q. Are there creche facilities?

A. No

 

Q. Where are the nearest toilets?

A. We have numerous toilets on site, all signposted

 

Q. Can I take pictures/videos at the event?

A. Yes

 

Q. Is there a cash machine on site?

A. No

Q. Can I bring my Dog?

A.Dogs are allowed at the show, but they must be kept on the lead and the owner will need to bring poop bags! The organisers do have the right to refuse entry at their discretion

 

Q. Can I turn up and display my Classic car?

A. To display your car at the show, you will need to register your car before the show via the Display Cars page. You can not just turn up and display your vehicle on the day.

 

Q. Is this a Charity Car Show?

A. Yes this is a charity car show and all the proceeds made from the show go to Naomi House & Jacksplace Children's Hospice. All the organisers and the helpers run the show voluntarily. No person gets paid for running the show.

Q. What is the Security like at the show?

A. We have security officers working in and around the show to look for supicious activity or abandoned bags etc. Please note they may ask to look in any large bags to ensure nothing of risk is brought into or around the show.

 

Q. What is the Medical/First Aid procedure?

A. First Aiders are located by the side of the hotel .    Please advise an onsite steward of any incidents.

 

Q. How can I get a programme?

A. Each family arriving at the show can purchase a programme  for a pound which will enter you into a raffle to win a meal at The Concorde Moldy Fig.

Q. Can I sponsor the show?

A. Yes the show survives by kind people donating money to help run the show or pay for certain things like advertising and signage etc.
